Staying at this hotel was like a dream come true! The rooms were so luxurious and well-equipped, with a hammock, private hot tub/pool, indoor and outdoor showers, and a fully stocked snack bar. Being so close to the beach made it hard to leave, and having a private host cater to our every need was a true delight.

Staying at this boutique resort in Playa Del Carmen was a dream! The rooms were pure opulence with everything we needed, including an inside and outside shower. The service was beyond reproach, ensuring a proper spa experience. The location in the lush jungle grounds was truly unique, but a bit far from Playa del Carmen. The dining experience at Coral Grill was a delight with lush natural beauty all around.
My stay at the hotel was pure opulence during the same week as a large wedding. The rooms were feather-free as requested and beautifully decorated for my birthday celebration with balloons and a 'cake' made from towels. The service was absolutely amazing, with our concierge Rosie organizing many trips for us. The location, starting with an amuse bouche, is unique and offers high-level service in the lush jungle grounds. Dining was also very delicious at the Coral Grill.
My stay at the hotel in Playa Del Carmen was pure opulence with a king bed, a sitting area with table and two chairs, and a large chair/ottoman. The rooms are beautiful and everything you see in pics is what we booked. The service across all areas made sure I had a vacation to remember, with staff who were extraordinary in servicing us for anything we needed. The location was beautiful, unique, and immediately introduced me to the lush jungle grounds and high-level service this boutique resort has in store for your stay. The dining experience was lush with amazing natural beauty. On the downside, the hotel is on the beach & in the restaurants, especially in Marea, on the Viceroy beach, which was great, but the price was on the higher side.
